Mercedes Holmes

Writer

With more than a decade of professional writing experience, I love transforming complicated ideas into content that actually makes sense (and gets clicks). I've spent the last several years immersed in the creativity and chaos of a startup design service turned full-blown marketing agency, virtual assistant service, and online marketplace. In addition to writing the agency's web copy and administering the blog and resource pages, I was the initial creative working with clients during each pilot launch, testing the service, figuring out what worked, and finding solutions for what didn't. After years of swapping professional titles and job responsibilities multiple times each week, sometimes several times in one day, settling on one career title is a challenge. I am a copywriter, a technical writer, a marketer, an SEO specialist, a customer account manager, and a virtual assistant. And, I have recently added AI reinforcement trainer to my virtual name badge. I currently split my time between writing for humans and training AI to do the same. I work hands-on with specialty large language models, using my biology degree and medical background (this is where the technical writing experience comes from) to assess, and correct LLMs intended for healthcare deployment. I like to think that I am doing my part to make sure that AI doesn't go all "Skynet" on us... or that it will at least be a benevolent, honest overlord (with a proper vocabulary) if it does.

Natalie Hamingson

Content Writer

Raised in Los Angeles, and now based in New York, I’ve been writing feature articles since the age of 11, as a contributor to the music section of Terriffichick.com, a webzine for teen girls, from 1999-2000. Since then, I've gained extensive freelance experience creating a range of content, including blogs, feature interviews, social media content, email campaigns, and more. My primary background includes journalistic work covering everything from music, film, fashion, and art, to politics and social justice, to technology, to motorcycles and pet gift guides. As a versatile writer, I have also produced a considerable body of marketing work for small businesses. I am currently Managing Editor for SEO creative content agency, The Stellastra Effect. You can find additional examples on my blog, Natalie Jill's Inner-View, linked below.

Mutia Adisoma

Storyteller, Copywriter, and Content Marketer

I've written about inspiring places, people, and organizations for over a decade. In 2014, an interview I did with an eco-entrepreneur proved to be life changing, as it resulted in a career pivot into the purpose-driven space. It has been a joy and honor to drive growth for sustainable, purpose-driven companies by crafting content that connects with their target audiences and drives action. After six years of impact as Head of Growth & Development at Celsious, where I managed their content strategy as well as their e-commerce operations, I am ready for the next opportunity. I thrive in collaborative environments and seek a full-time role working in NYC, preferably on-site or hybrid. Below is a selection of my writing. Please tap the titles to access the full content.
