Nancy Suzanne Roberts, MS, LMFT

Copywriter & Editor|Strategist|Educator|Health & Wellness|Lifestyle

As a marriage and family therapist, I bring empathy to everything I do. The most important factor in shaping behavior is a patient's trust in their provider. I represent it in the words I write, using a compassionate, affirming tone to convey trust, helping patients make healthy decisions and reach their goals. In each piece I write, I am acutely aware of how much language matters, and how readers and patients are harmed by bias, no matter how unintentional. I am also a fan of plain language. What good are patient instructions if they are unreadable? Dare to Dream! Strive to Inspire! Those words have been my motto for several years. Every day I try to live according to that concept. I am an Executive Producer/Creator of two cable tv shows and in development of a cross-generational, inspirational channel on Roku and Amazon Fire. We are in development of Google and Apple apps with a goal of an end of summer release. In addition, I have experience as a freelance writer on retainer for a MEGA ministry where I created web content, business communications, graphics design of holiday cards, proofreading and more. Over the years, I have been an excellent asset to offices utilizing my business communications skills (memos, letters, eblasts, newsletters, etc.) In addition, I was a ghostwriter of three successful published books with the subject of empowering women. I have the ability to create thought provoking blogs and social media posts. If you need a company bulletin, I have experience in the creation and proofing of newsletters, and I have been the author of several articles and commentaries. I am also a Creator and Executive Producer of two shows that aired on a worldwide cable network enjoying a weekly audience of 2.5 to 4 million spanning 91 countries.
