John Lembo

Writer. Editor. All-around wordsmith.

I’ve loved to write since I was old enough to love anything. It’s a gift that’s carried me from the rural farmland of Indiana to the sparkling beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast; from packed high school gymnasiums to Game 1 of the World Series; from crafting social media copy about spine conditions and the procedures that heal them, to managed service providers whose clientele includes a castle in Scotland. That’s my story. I’d love an opportunity to tell yours.

Jean Williams

Content Creator

I grew up in New Orleans, but relocated to Chicago after finishing college at Dillard University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in mass communication. I've largely worked as a writer and editor for newspapers, magazines, corporations and associations, but I'm also a filmmaker (with an MFA in cinema directing from Columbia College) and designer of handmade jewelry, wall art, housewares, accessories and other products. As a print journalist, I've worked as a reporter and editor at the New Orleans Times-Picayune, Jet Magazine, the Chicago Sun-Times, and the ADA News. I wrote the nonfiction business memoir "Sweet Expectations: Michele Hoskins' Recipe for Success," published by Adams Media in 2004. As a filmmaker, I've written, produced and directed three short films: "Oh Brother, My Sister"; “Ninth Grade Ned”; and “BARACKED.” My short film "Oh Brother, My Sister" won the Lagniappe Award at the 11th New Orleans Film & Video Festival. A huge lover of books, I previously served as board chair of the Children's Book Fair in Hyde Park. My personal creative writing encompasses poetry, fiction, essays, plays and more. In fact, I am always working on something creative, and I take that spirit with me everywhere, be it a canvas or a white paper! Gabriel Swain

Award winning marketing strategist, innovator, and thought leader

My Philosophy on Content Marketing: Marketing is in a state of transition. We've reached content saturation. Millennials are the largest consumer demographic. Success now requires a focus on the customer experience. I find ways to stay ahead of these trends. Existing best practices work today. But I prefer to use my creativity and define NEW disruptive and innovative best practices. Content marketing now must focus on the customer/prospect and their needs, goals, interests and challenges You must know them. You no longer boast about your amazing company. Now you research and understand the customer's needs. Then you educate them on trends and best practices that will help them best meet those needs--normally with technology and automaton software. This leads to increased customer engagement, a better customer experience, higher levels of customer satisfaction, and faster revenue growth. If you don't produce original, valuable content, it will get lost in an abyss because we've reached content saturation. Produce content that stands out, or your content will not be read. I specialize in: • Content/Copy Creation & Management -- Content that differentiates you. • Thought Leadership and Content Strategy • User-Centric Messaging Development • Social Media Management and Engagement • SEO and SEM Program Management • Brand Reputation Management and Brand Awareness Initiatives • Marketing Automation and CRM Systems • Strategic Website Mapping and Web Content Creation ________________________________________________________________ [NOTE: I'm happy to send my resume upon request.]
