Elizabeth Muratore

Editor & Writer

My three favorite things are baseball, writing, and editing. I've been a baseball fan since I was nine years old, and I have turned that enthusiasm into a full-time role as a Senior Content Producer for Major League Baseball. In addition to editing stories and webpages for MLB.com, I'm also a co-director for the Internet Baseball Writers' Association of America, and I co-hosted a Mets podcast called Cohen's Corner. With my work, I aim to inspire other sports fans to find their voice and express themselves confidently. My writing has been published by MLB.com, the Baseball Hall of Fame, IBWAA, The Twin Bill, Rising Apple, and Girl at the Game. I graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with majors in Marketing and Management, a concentration in Advertising and Digital Media, and a minor in English. If you need a hand in any of the following areas, I would love to help: • College essays • Copy editing (short and long-form work) • Fact-checking • Any kind of writing (articles, blurbs, blogs, headlines, etc.) • SEO strategy You can reach me at elizabethmuratore97@gmail.com or via the contact link below.

Julianne Balmain

Senior copywriter, storyteller, brand voice consultant

I’m a San Francisco Bay Area writer and copywriter with many years of experience helping people and organizations hone their voice and tell their stories. I've written just about everything there is to write, including all kinds of brand messaging and corporate communications. I'm also the author of numerous nonfiction works on a variety of topics, from travel to romance, as well as several mystery novels. Much of my copywriting work has focused on helping technology and innovation companies convey their ideas and connect with customers. Often that means a timely blog, article, or case study, or a thought-leadership asset such as a long-form piece or ebook. It can also mean copy for websites and multichannel marketing campaigns. I also work with clients in finance, HR, education, consumer products, publishing, and other industries to create and deliver strategic brand messaging. If you have a message to share, I can help. Let's get your story out there.

Susan Denzer

Chef and Writer

MY MISSION As a professionally trained chef and educator, I help people create vibrant, flavorful meals using high-quality ingredients—because I believe cooking is one of the simplest and most meaningful ways to care for our health and well-being. MY COOKING It starts with the ingredients. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of food on our health and well-being. My approach to cooking is inspired by the principles of the Mediterranean diet, DASH, and Food as Medicine. I focus on using minimally processed, nutrient-dense ingredients—vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, quality proteins, healthy fats, herbs, and spices—bringing them together in meals that are both nourishing and delightful. MY WRITING For six years, I wrote and produced a subscription-based culinary newsletter focused on practical, health-forward cooking. Currently, I write articles for magazines, brands, retailers, and professional organizations across both print and digital platforms.

Grace Flandreau

Data Analytics and Policy Student

After graduating from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Writing Studies and History, I am continuing to build on my academic and analytical foundation as I pursue my M.S. in Data Analytics & Policy at Johns Hopkins University. I have added some of my recent coursework from my Masters program, where I have been mostly working in RStudio. In my program, I am prioritizing research on AI and Marketing regulations, and I am especially interested in the work of the FTC. I am also interested in learning more about Brand Strategy, UI/UX, and Business Analytics. For my final two years of undergrad, I wrote for Binghamton's Pipe Dream Newspaper, which is the oldest publication on campus. During my time with Pipe Dream, I specialized in event coverages and production reviews. I also added some of my classwork that features my writing potential. I am currently based in Westchester, NY and am open to career opportunities. If you would like to reach out to me about any questions, please email me at graceflandreau101@gmail.com

Brennan LaBrie

Multimedia Journalist

I'm a Brooklyn-based journalist reporting on community-centered stories across New York City. My work can be found in outlets like the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Brooklyn Paper, W42ST and The Chief. I started my journalism career in elementary school, when I published a handwritten weekly paper covering local news for three years, and reported on events like the 2010 Winter Olympics for TIME For Kids. I continued telling stories through high school and college as a TV news host, local reporter, editor of the school newspaper and director of three feature documentaries, one of which received a College Emmy. For the past three years, I've been a freelance reporter in NYC filing stories on a wide range of beats, but with a particular focus on housing, local business, education, and human-interest topics. From 2023 to 2025, I got to tell the stories of students and educators across the country as a marketing associate for Equal Opportunity Schools, an education nonprofit. I've shared clips from some of the interviews I filmed below.
