I am an experienced copy editor.
I am currently a copy editor at SmartBug Media, a full-service digital marketing agency. I have previously served as a content editor at Deluxe Corporation, copy editor at Lifestyle Publications, designer at Missouri Lawyers Media, and a sports/news copy editor/page designer at The Topeka Capital Journal.
I graduated Manga Cum Laude from the Honors College at Missouri State University in May 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. I attended New York University's Summer Publishing Institute in the summer of 2013.
I was the managing editor at The Standard, Missouri State's award-winning student newspaper and an intern with Anthem Publishing where I worked on FOB and BOB items for three magazines: Kansas City Magazine, Kansas City Business and Good Health KC.
