Courtney Eldridge

Narrative Architect & Brand Strategist

There is a script to hospitality, and it begins before the guest ever speaks. A pause at the check-in desk. A scent diffused through air conditioning. A name, remembered or mispronounced. I came to this industry not through hotel school or brand manuals, but through syntax. I studied English literature and rhetorical form, not to analyze stories but to build them—quietly, invisibly—into experiences people remember without knowing why. Luxury hospitality depends on this kind of subtext. The turn of a welcome letter. The cadence of a spa menu. The restraint of a sentence on a placard beside a candlelit pool. These are not accidents. They are narratives, constructed with intention. I work behind the curtain, where language becomes atmosphere. Where a suite isn’t just upgraded, it’s framed—curated, contextualized, made to feel inevitable. This is strategy, yes, but it’s also tone. It’s restraint. It’s knowing when less says more. Because in the end, what the guest remembers is never just the room. It’s how the room made them feel. And that feeling begins with the story you’ve told them—before they even unpack.

Kayla McDonald

Creative Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist | Crafting Persuasive Content that Drives Action

Successfully pinpointing what sparks people to move and then creatively translating those motivations into compelling content that drives action - that's the root of my success after 10+ years in the digital marketing space as a copywriter and content creator. A strong understanding of consumer emotions and weaving captivating stories that drive action isn't the only thing I bring to the table. Clients commend my ability to engage target demographics while maintaining brand integrity. Embracing their unique brand voice to ensure the messaging aligns seamlessly with company goals. Beyond writing and creating content professionally, I've ventured into diverse entrepreneurial endeavors, including content creation and unique ventures like 'The Saucy Moose' - a homemade mustard product that fused my passion for canning while expanding my marketing expertise in new ways. These ventures have honed my skills in branding, advertising, and technical tools like Clickfunnels and Photoshop. I've thrived in digital and physical marketing spaces. Adapting my strong storytelling techniques to in-person interactions at trade shows and farmers' markets to successfully develop a loyal base of return customers. If I'm not answering emails it's because I'm practicing my photography skills with my favourite subjects (my dogs!), out in the garden or perfecting my canning recipes. Indulging in my love for creativity and nature.
