Currently, Max is a Freelance Copyeditor for DayDaCo, a digital platform aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the dump truck industry through paperless technology and hydrogen-fuel trucks. Beyond professional work, Max is the creator and founder of Adventures in Calthumbria, a medieval sci-fi fantasy series. This project includes a book featuring hand-painted and digital watercolor illustrations, an episodic podcast series, and plans for an animated adaptation. Max oversees all aspects of production, from writing and storyboarding to sound design and voice acting, as well as leading a talented team of artists, sound-designers, voice-actors, musicians, and other creative collaborators. In this role, Max utilizes a range of creative tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Reaper.fm, and AI programs like MidJourney and DALL-E 2 to bring the project to life. He is deeply passionate about storytelling, visual arts, and bringing creative visions to fruition.
