📝 UX content & copy strategy
Announcement article I wrote announcing the launch of Amazon Business Restock's vending lockers as the project's lead UX writer and copywriter. This increased the CTR to Amazon Business' blog by 13% within the first week.
One-pager outlining the work I did as lead copywriter / content strategist for the 2022 fall COVID-19 vaccine awareness campaign Boost Up Cook County. The campaign earned 53M+ impressions across all physical and digital assets, including bus ads, billboards, and social media posts.
Landing page for Amazon Business' IT Services offering I wrote copy for and helped design. This was part of a larger UX and copy project I was lead for. We achieved 100% user satisfaction in usability testing and drove more than $2M in revenue.
Brief one-pager case study of the branding work I did and its impact on the groundbreaking Laser Trail attraction for Great Wolf Lodge in the fall of 2021.
I was lead copywriter for the Laser Trail attraction rollout. This is one of the landing pages I wrote. We increased conversions to the Attractions section of the website by 15% once published.

📈 Creative director long-form pieces
Press release I wrote and designed according to our client's brand guidelines for October 2022 launch of flagship public health initiative.
I acted as creative director, lead copywriter, and lead designer for my Slalom team's final, 30-page impact report for Slalom's public health organization engagement. Audience was organization's COO & Slalom executives. Captures Slalom's impact in the suburban Cook County community.
Included is the 14-page external communications guide I developed for funded mission-driven organizations for groundbreaking public health initiative.
I synthesized, wrote, and designed qualitative research from one-on-one listening sessions Slalom held with 16 mission-driven local organizations throughout suburban Cook County. I was creative director, designer, and copywriter; this report would go on to inform CCDPH's strategic org. planning toward 2025.
I project managed & led the launch of Broadnet's Customer Success Center (CSC) in 5 months. This is one of 260 articles on extremely technical, niche subjects that I integrated - composed based on my own internal research, edited, & designed - into the CSC.
