I’m a sports journalist, editor and content manager with more than 20 years’ experience across print and digital media.

After graduating with a degree in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire, I've worked at TEAMtalk.com, talkSPORT, Archant Newspapers, Charlton Athletic, Everton, Fulham, the WRU and the British & Irish Lions.

I specialise in long-form features, interviews, matchday programme content and club-branded editorial, working closely with players, coaches, historians and commercial partners.
