Content Design & UX Writing
Hi, I’m Symantha! I’m a multidisciplinary writer and creative strategist with over 11 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, and digital production.
I specialize in transforming complex ideas into clear, user-centered content—whether through microcopy, documentation, or cross-platform campaigns. My background spans gaming, enterprise tools, and internal systems, with highlights including seasonal content planning at Halo Studios, optimizing workflows and microcopy at AT&T, and overhauling Microsoft’s internal knowledge base to improve self-service and reduce content sprawl.
At Nintendo of America, I managed content workflows and aligned cross-functional teams to meet business goals and enhance user experiences. At Halo Studios, I also led sprint planning, backlog grooming, and process improvements to keep creative projects running smoothly and on time.
I’m known for building scalable content systems, streamlining operations, and fostering strong collaboration between technical and creative teams. Tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Canva are part of my daily workflow—and I thrive in Agile, fast-moving environments.
🟢 Currently open to opportunities in content strategy, UX writing, or editorial work. Available for freelance or full-time roles—let’s connect!
