In our conversations with prospective customers, one question that we are often asked is, "How is the Quantcast Platform different from other ad tech solutions on the market?" or "Is this a DSP?"
Did you know that almost half of the world's gaming population is female? While video gaming has long been assumed to be made up of a mostly male audience, the female gamer has emerged as an untapped consumer.
[Ghost writer] Five years ago, simply knowing the location and quantities of assets within your four walls was considered adequate "supply chain visibility." These days, it's clear that organizations need to have complete, real-time views and insights across the ecosystem-from suppliers through production and distribution to customers.
[Ghost writer] Supply chains have evolved rapidly over the past decade, from a static series of distinct functions to a full-blown dynamic web of complex networks that are flexible enough to rapidly respond to changing customer, stakeholder, economic, and environmental demands.
[Ghost writer] In 2011, the world saw how a 9.0 earthquake and tsunami devastated local production and power generation in Japan, causing massive supply chain disruptions for companies all around the world. There are lessons from that enormous natural disaster that we can use to mitigate the disruptions from today's COVID-19 pandemic.
[Ghost writer] The global supply chain compliance landscape has changed dramatically over the last several years, with many companies facing heavy fines from non-compliance and delayed access to global markets due to difficult and complex international regulatory trade requirements, the increased pace of federal regulatory changes, changing trade agreements due to geopolitical reasons, and global logistics disruptions.
[Ghost writer] Your Underlying Decision Support System is Supply Chain Visibility By Frank Jones Supply chain visibility is no longer a back-office activity; it's the cornerstone of any supply chain digital transformation, whether you have 10,100 or 10,000 suppliers. In today's challenging and complex global environment, supply chain visibility is a key requirement.
[Ghost writer] The supply chain world is continually changing, requiring CSCO's to stay on top of fast-changing markets, changing partner/supplier relationships, tariffs, increasing customer expectations, and of course, complete global disruptions such as the COVID-19 coronavirus.
[Ghost writer}There are many different factors that can affect a supply chain, ranging from "hard" attributes such as the temperature of plasma samples, to "soft" attributes such as whether a contract has been signed or not.
[Ghost writer] This year is undoubtedly a challenging one for CSCOs. Never again will anyone question the importance of supply chain management.
[Ghost writer] Companies in the life sciences industry rely on a complex global network of suppliers, logistics providers and manufacturing organizations to get their products to the end consumer.
[Ghost writer] When it comes to the supply chain, nothing is more challenging than making sure that pharmaceutical products are properly cared for throughout the packaging/storage/shipment process. It's critical that pharmaceutical drugs are stored and shipped at proper temperatures, and that they reach their destinations before their expiration date.
[Ghost writer] Supply chain visibility is all about knowing the location and condition of your assets or inventory at any particular point in time as they move through your supply chain from manufacturing, in transit, and all the way to the final destination.
[Ghost writer] Although increased globalization has made the relative distance between different parts of the world much smaller, the physical separation between regions and countries is still a challenge when it comes to global supply chains.
[Ghost writer] Global organizations, especially those in the retail and CPG industries, have dramatically changed their mindset over the last decade-from being mere mass producers of goods to more forward-thing organizations that are customer-driven.
[Ghost writer] The cold chain industry faces major risks and challenges, and these risks can have disastrous consequences. Billions of dollars' worth of pharmaceutical products are stored and shipped at improper temperatures, or they're delayed and end up reaching their destinations after the products have expired.
[Ghost writer] One aspect of supply chain visibility is all about knowing where your inventory is at a particular point in time, and how accurately you can track your products or parts as they move from the manufacturer to their final destination.
[Ghost writer] Visibility is the foundation for any improvement to your supply chain, as everything from increased agility to supply chain resiliency is dependent upon your ability to see and understand what is happening, in real time, within your organization.
[Ghost writer] Without a doubt, uncertainty and unpredictability will continue to increase. Whether you're a bio pharma company grappling with temperature excursions, or an automaker relying on critical assembly-line components that only China produces, you're bound to be affected.
[Ghost writer] As Americans return to work following the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic to the new business-as-usual, CFOs are rethinking their end-to-end distribution and manufacturing systems. A recent PwC poll found that supply chains are now a top priority for chief financial officers (CFOs).
[Ghost writer] Managing cold chains is a complex undertaking, as cold chains need uninterrupted refrigeration throughout storage and distribution to maintain product quality and viability. Inconsistencies in cold chain storage and distribution are a primary factor for food and drug spoilage.
[Ghost writer] The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak has quickly exposed several possible weak points in pharmaceutical supply chains. If these weak links are not identified and strengthened, it could negatively impact pharma companies on several levels, from quality to compliance to service levels.
[Ghost writer] COVID-19 took the world by surprise, and has upended world economies, communities, schools, hospitals, businesses and supply chains. While the full impact of the virus is still unknown, it has had a major impact on global supply chains, from raw materials to finished products.
To increase the accuracy of their inventory tracking, one of the largest appliance brands in the U.S. deployed Cloudleaf to monitor the real-time condition and location of 32,000 pieces of heavy equipment that’s spread across a dozen production plants across the United States.
5 strategies that you can implement for responding to and protecting you supply chain from major disruptions such as COVID-19.
[Ghost writer] The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has had a major impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chains across the world. Even before the arrival of COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain organizations struggled to manage the large workflow of interlinked processes that make up their end-to-end supply chain.
Given the growing levels of globalization, competition, and rising customer expectations in the marketplace, it’s become increasingly difficult for companies to gain complete visibility
[Ghost writer] Supply chain visibility is no longer a back-office activity; it's the cornerstone of any supply chain digital transformation, whether you have 100 or 10,000 suppliers.
[Ghostwriter for John Chambers] The coronavirus pandemic has caused delays and other frustrations in businesses’ global supply chains, highlighting how vulnerable many are to unexpected disruption.
