I’m 72 years strong—and I’ve been standing my ground against unfair treatment since childhood.

Born in the UK, raised in Canada, and living in the U.S. since 1969, I know what it means to be treated differently from everyone else. As a freckle-faced, redheaded child with a British accent, I didn’t blend in. I stood out like a house on fire—and I still do.

When we moved to the U.S., it was during one of the most transformational eras in history:

🎸Woodstock
⚔️Vietnam War protests

Those times shaped my worldview—and taught me the value of resilience and speaking up.

THE OLDER I GOT, THE LOUDER THE TARGETING.

As I built my career in Washington, D.C., I covered Capitol Hill hearings, worked in top-tier law firms, tracked legislation for lobbyists, and partnered with Fortune 100/500s, associations, and industry leaders.
But even with all my experience, I encountered:

❌ The glass ceiling
❌ How age-based targeting negatively impacted older professionals
