I'm a copywriter and copy editor from the southern New England/NYC area.

I began my career in NYC working with my first love—children's literature. I was a wet-behind-the-ears Children's Books Marketing person who got to create fun and clever promotional and marketing materials for William Morrow Publishers' five children's book imprints. After a few years in book publishing, I sashayed over to magazine publishing (literally two city blocks away). There, I honed my craft in art/editorial production, working alongside the most elite designers, editors, and writers in the world. My true education came from my time at Rolling Stone, US, Men's Journal, Family Life, Travel & Leisure, House & Garden, and Real Simple magazines. Holy damn, New York City in the 90s was fun.

I have since collaborated with companies and clients across food, fashion, tech, entertainment, travel, interior design, health and beauty, automotive, and medical research industries. Although my primary expertise lies in writing, I proudly possess a keen visual aesthetic as well.

I'm currently busy creating engaging content and concepts for Conair and its subsidiary brands: Cuisinart, BaByliss, scünci, and Waring. On any given day, I write about anything and everything, from kitchen appliances to hair stylers to accessories. I pivot like a rally car driver.

Above and beyond the writing, I'm a wife to an exceptional man, mother to 3 beautiful people, a potter, lover of dogs, frequenter of live music, explorer of places, enjoyer of beachy islands, laugher at smart and ridiculous humor, former lead singer of a rock and blues outfit, and Oxford comma loyalist.
