My freelance client work is for niche and independent thinkers and makers in the lifestyle, wellness and creative entrepreneurial space. It's often long term, multi faceted and layered, integrating and amplifying a complexity of ideas, services and products. I bring a keen eye for trends, a strong reputation for thorough research and competitive landscape review, and a respect for and reciprocity with clients and creative team members. I am often hired for ongoing project work by clients who are rebranding and/or diversifying a new idea, service or product.

My strategy and writing work includes: comprehensive overhaul of website copy, conceptualization and strategy, copy editing and copywriting, print and digital books, subject matter interviews, meta descriptions, and social media captions.

I started web writing in 2016 on the topics of trauma, mental health, caregiver burnout, and therapy. I self-published over 60 blog posts on self-compassion, mindfulness, self-care, and trauma. I also launched an interview series featuring trauma academics, professors and therapists, subsequently leading to an invitation to write a section of a book by Drs Robert Maunder and Jonathan Hunter, published by University of Toronto Press (2021).
