WORK EXPERIENCE
Azle High School (2010-present) CTE AV/ Intern Admin
• As an intern assistant principal at Azle High School I assisted in managing discipline with skyward inputting consequences as well as organizing detentions for students for tardies. Using restorative practices like PBIS in lower levels where we focus on positive behaviors.
• I have assisted in professional development days where I have lead implementation of teaching strategies or software deployment to Teachers and Staff.
• I was on a committee for attendance recovery and when to waive days for various situations.
• I have been trained and certified in CPI and have assisted in keeping students from hurting each other in a fight.
• Communication skills to reach out and speak with parents and care givers of students for various reasons.
• Administrative management skills where I have scheduled meetings with other teachers to film or their students and be able to communicate a schedule with them to follow.
• I have volunteered for various leadership opportunities and I have substituted for principals on duty for game administrators at various sporting events.
• Direct and manage the information systems and computer services for the CTE department in the High School.
